Payment Policy :

If the Buyer's credit card or debit card is declined, Printspot will not process the Buyer’s order. In the event where Printspot must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer must agree to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Shipping and Delivery Policy :

Printspot will be shipping your order with a reputed carrier.It takes upto 3-5 business days for shipping to metro’s and cities and upto 14 days for rural areas. We will not be responsible for any kind of delays in delivery or loss of the purchase or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is shipped through email or you can check your order status in your printspot.in/my-account/orders at www.printspot.in

Cancellation Policy :

In any case you should require the order you placed to be cancelled, please e-mail us at info@printspot.in cancellation requests received after the order has been sent to production will be dealt on case by case basis and a refund cannot be promised always.

Return and Refund Policy :

We ensure that you get the completed product very close to what you have ordered. We offer a detailed preview option before you finalize each order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check for spelling mistakes, miss-alignments and placement of pictures or text before they finalize each order.

We assure you that you purchase any products directly from us and we will refund to you your purchase price within fourteen (14) calendar days of you notifying us in writing of your wish for the refund, together with the reason for the request, with the Order Id and returned to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased that is in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.

Refund will be provided by us if and only if the product that is received by the buyer is completely different from what they have ordered. The returned product should reach us within 14 days of the placement of initial order. The postal charges for returning the product to will have to be paid by the buyer. Print products are subject to easy manipulation. Refund will be entertained, only if, the product along with its packaging is returned to us in completeness and there are no signs of unlawful tampering. The decision to refund or not will be with us. Refund requests can be made by email to: info@printspot.in.

Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise/products are subject to inspection and checking by us. Damages due to ignorance, incorrect usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Products ordered under Discount coupons and other promotional schemes may override "Printspot’s 14 Days Returns Policy." Refund mode for Both Partial and Full Refunds is always same as the payment source, i.e the payment mode/ account you paid from.

Change/Modify Your Account Information :

You can login to your printspot.in/my-account/edit-account at any time as soon as it is active and you can choose the appropriate segment to review, modify, or delete your login information. Buyers please note that any such requests to change the information will be intimated to you via email as soon as that change is processed from our end.

If at any time you would like us to remove you from our email or postal mailing lists or if you do not want us to use your information to enhance your shopping experience, feel free to contact PrintSpot customer service via email to info@printspot.in. Please be sure to include your email address and full name while you contact us for any queries.

Opt-Out Decision :

Opt-out decision is always your choice. We would like to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. It's your decision whether to receive information or news feeds from us, either through email, postal mail or by phone or not.

Please note that such requests may take up to six to eight weeks to take effect. Addition to that, if you wish to ask us to have your name and address removed from our email or postal mailing lists, we will maintain your name in a "do not mail" file to ensure that we can honour your request.

Please also note that when you order a product with PrintSpot, we will send you a confirmation email to ensure that you get details of your order and we may also contact you over phone or through email or snail mails if case we have other questions regarding your order.

To make any changes to your account you can contact our customer service through email or by writing to us. Please don't forget to mention full name, postal address and email address whenever you contact us to serve you better.
